If the product has material or craftsmanship defects, we will repair it or, at our discretion, replace the affected product free of charge. In cases where repair or replacement is commercially impractical or cannot be carried out promptly, we will refund the purchase price of the affected product.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or charge additional return fees if the returned product does not meet the criteria of being in a new condition.
If your goods arrive with quality issues, damage, or differ from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team. Claims regarding damage, delivery discrepancies, etc., must be made within 48 hours of delivery; claims made after this time will not be accepted.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible, and returns cannot be initiated.
